Based out of North Lakes, Homes by CMA is a rapidly growing provider of modern and affordable homes and house and land packages. Since 2009, we have vowed that if you can find a cheaper quote from one of our competitors (based on similar house inclusions and size) we will beat it. We also offer house only packages for those who wish to save some money and follow their own vision on fencing, driveways and landscaping. Our many satisfied customers are testament to our continued commitment to providing great service and value for money.

We have partnerships with industry-leading suppliers including Bradnam’s Windows and Doors, Westinghouse and Luxury Tiles to name a few. For a viewing of some of the quality materials we use in our display homes for sale, visit our showroom in North Lakes – it’s open from 8:30 am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Our team possess vast experience in the building industry and will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your home is everything you hoped it would be. Our customised house and land packages are an excellent option for those who have a very specific vision for their home. Our in-house drafting team will work with you from concept to construction to ensure your vision is brought to life effectively. For those looking to be in their dream home as quickly as possible, we can complete most of our single storey designs within 14 weeks of receiving council approval.
